1. How do you get power and water

We have fittings to connect to most water supplies. We will require a mains power point within 7metres from the tubs location. All sockets will be checked with a safety plug prior to us connecting to it. Extension leads are not permitted and we will refuse to connect. Customers must not relocate our power lines once we have left.

2. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN A TUB?

Miami tubs are built to fit 4 adults. All other tubs 4-6

3. WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE WATER AFTERWARDS?

We're armed with industry strength water removal pumps, meaning we can pump water into any drain or manhole within 10 metres.

4. CAN THE TUBS FIT THROUGH MY SMALL DOORWAY?

Luckily they are inflatable, meaning we can fit them through pretty much any doorway or alleyway imaginable.

5. CAN I USE THE TUB INDOORS?

No, our tubs are for outdoor use only.

6. WILL THE TUBS FIT IN MY SMALL GARDEN?

The tubs are 2 metres in diameter - meaning they fit in pretty much any space!

7. DOES THE TUB STAY WARM OVER WINTER?

We set up the day before hire to allow plenty of time for the tubs to heat up. The temperature will drop as soon as you start to use them, especially with prolonged use of the spa (bubble) feature. We would always recommend a fully enclosed gazebo with winter hires. If your tub gets a little chilly, you can always top up with hot water direct from your hot kitchen/bathroom tap.

8. Does it come with a gazebo?

Girl's Night In, Kid’s Mocktail and the Paris packages include a gazebo. Standard bookings do not, however they can be added with your booking. Gazebos can only be used on grass to ensure we can peg it down to avoid any damage.

9. CAN I HIRE THE TUB FOR MORE THAN THREE DAYS?

Our bookings slots are currently only for up to 3 days. For additional days please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate this.

10. How far from my house can i have the tub?

Ideally, the tub should be on a flat, grassed or paved area. The tub must be within 7 meters of a mains electric supply. Unfortunately, we cannot connect our tubs using an extension lead.

NB. Tubs need to be connected to a power supply from delivery until collection and should not be turned off.

11. Will the weather affect my booking?

We operate all year round and all our equipment is designed to stay out in all weathers. When high winds are forecast we may cancel any booking that includes a gazebo. We will offer you the opportunity to just have the tub though. where we can we will set up the tub as normal the day before hire and then return the next day with the gazebo(if winds allow). In this instance we would of course return your deposit or move your re book for you.

12. what IF Your Equiptment gets damaged?

You are responsible for all the equipment from set up to collection. Some common problems to watch for are: Trapping electric cables in windows and doors. Leaving lids off tubs when not in use and cats puncturing the inner liner. Standing or sitting on the filter housing and breaking it off. Puncturing the liners with sharp objects. Battery operated accessories we supply like lights and speakers been dropped into the water.
